AutoPay

Coastal Elec­tric Coop­er­a­tive offers members the con­ve­nience of Auto­Pay, a recur­ring month­ly pay­ment from either your check­ing account or cred­it card. It’s a free, con­ve­nient way to pay.

When you sign up for Auto­Pay, Coastal Elec­tric Coop­er­a­tive will auto­mat­i­cal­ly draft your check­ing account or cred­it card, whichev­er you pre­fer, for the amount of your month­ly elec­tric bill.

You’ll still receive month­ly state­ments show­ing kilo­watt-hour usage and the amount due, but with Auto­Pay, you won’t have to write a check – ever! And your pay­ments will be made auto­mat­i­cal­ly.

A tra­di­tion­al ACH bank draft is also avail­able.

Sign via mail:

Fill out a Bank Draft Pay­ment Autho­riza­tion Form (PDF)  or Cred­it Card Pay­ment Autho­riza­tion Form (PDF)  form and sign it.

Get the app via one of the links below, install it, and use your Coastal Elec­tric Coop­er­a­tive account num­ber to log in or cre­ate your account. Not only can you use the app to pay your bill while on the go, but you can also report out­ages, receive impor­tant noti­fi­ca­tions of pow­er out­ages affect­ing your home, plus receive notices when pow­er is restored. You can also use the app to mon­i­tor your dai­ly elec­tric­i­ty usage.
