Choose your payment due date
Coastal Electric Cooperative offers members the convenience of AutoPay, a recurring monthly payment from either your checking account or credit card. It’s a free, convenient way to pay.
When you sign up for AutoPay, Coastal Electric Cooperative will automatically draft your checking account or credit card, whichever you prefer, on the date that you specify, for the amount of your monthly electric bill.
You’ll still receive monthly statements showing kilowatt-hour usage and the amount due, but with AutoPay, you won’t have to write a check – ever! And your payments will be made on the date you choose.
A traditional ACH bank draft is also available.
Sign via mail:
Fill out a Bank Draft Payment Authorization Form (PDF) or Credit Card Payment Authorization Form (PDF) form and sign it.

Get the app via one of the links below, install it, and use your Coastal Electric Cooperative account number to log in or create your account. Not only can you use the app to pay your bill while on the go, but you can also report outages, receive important notifications of power outages affecting your home, plus receive notices when power is restored. You can also use the app to monitor your daily electricity usage.
