Restoration Plan

Here’s what we do in the aftermath of any storm that leaves our members with outages:

Conduct a thorough damage assessment
Assign our repair resources to the most critical areas to make them safe for the public and for our employees to continue working
Restore electrical service to the customers who provide health, safety and other essential services to your community, such as police and fire departments, medical facilities, emergency communications (radio and phone systems, radio stations), designated sewage pump and disposal plants, and water supply utilities
Restore power lines that deliver power in the shortest period of time to the largest number of customers possible
Then we restore service to individual homes and businesses
