Holly Fields of Midway has been selected by the Coastal Electric Cooperative board of directors to fill the unexpired term of former Liberty County board member Stephen Mullice, who passed away in October. The lifelong Liberty County resident attended her first board meeting as a director Dec. 20, 2017.
“It is an honor to have the opportunity to serve on the board,” Fields said. “As I’ve learned more about our cooperative and how it gives back to our community, I am excited to do my part to become an asset to the board and to our members.”
“I want to be more than just a part of this community. I want to feel like I’m making a difference. I love this community, I love the people here, and I love giving back.”
Fields has worked for the City of Hinesville for 15 years and currently serves as Human Resources Manager. She is a proud graduate of Bradwell Institute. Fields earned a bachelor’s of business administration from Georgia Southern University and a master of arts degree in Human Resources from Webster University.
Fields and her husband, Nolan, have two daughters – Ivy and Amber. The family attends Sunbury Missionary Baptist Church.
