Touchstone Energy is pleased to recognize 26 member cooperatives that received the top five American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) scores for energy utility services among all cooperatives participating in measurement for Touchstone Energy in 2025.
Coastal Electric Cooperative placed among the cooperatives receiving the top five scores, earning a 92.
The top five scores in that period ranged from 91 to 95, which compares favorably with electric cooperatives’ annual average score of 76, as reported in the syndicated 2025 ACSI Energy Utility Study.
