Co-op mem­bers can par­tic­i­pate in ear­ly reg­is­tra­tion and vot­ing May 18–20 dur­ing busi­ness hours at Coastal Elec­tric Coop­er­a­tive offices: 3700 U.S. High­way 17 in Rich­mond Hill and 1265 S. Coastal High­way in Mid­way.
