TO CURRENT AND PAST MEMBERS OF COASTAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE
In compliance with O.C.G.A. § 44-12-236, The Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act, Coastal Electric Cooperative, is attempting to locate past members who were expecting either Membership or Deposit refunds to be issued at any time between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013 but did not receive a check due to an incorrect mailing address or other reasons.

The last possible date to claim these funds is October 26, 2018. If these funds are not claimed by this date, they will be donated for charitable uses, as permitted by O.C.G.A. § 44-12-236.
